Taren Rodabaugh joined Bridgestone Americas as Chief Information Officer in 2020. As a strategic CIO, she is transforming the organization by spearheading the modernization of enterprise systems, the infrastructure and security backbone, and the IT operating model. This digital reformation is enabling new business models and new ways of working for a more resilient and agile enterprise.
Rodabaugh is responsible for connecting the Bridgestone America’s vision to the strategy, evolution, and daily operations of the Information Technology function which includes teammates across North and Latin America.
Prior to joining Bridgestone, Rodabaugh was Chief Information Officer for the Fortune 500 company Harley-Davidson and Harley-Davidson Financial Services. She has also led transformational programs in a variety of industries and business functions through her roles with increasing responsibility at PwC, IBM and Deloitte.
Rodabaugh completed her undergraduate at Miami University and earned her MBA from Northwestern University. She has a strong track record of leadership in and commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives and is the Executive Sponsor for Bridgestone’s women’s employee resource group, BWIN.
