Taren Rodabaugh joined Bridgestone Americas as Chief Information Officer in 2020. In January 2024, Taren was named Chief Information Officer for Bridgestone Corporation serving concurrently as West Chief Information Officer. As Bridgestone’s global CIO, she is responsible for transforming the organization by spearheading the modernization of enterprise systems, the shift to cloud infrastructure, the strengthening of the security and controls core, and enabling business flexibility through agile IT operations. This digital reformation is enabling new business models and new ways of working for a more resilient and adaptive enterprise.

Rodabaugh is also responsible for connecting Bridgestone’s strategy, evolution, and daily operations across the regional Information Technology functions.

Prior to joining Bridgestone, Rodabaugh was Chief Information Officer for the Fortune 500 company Harley-Davidson and Harley-Davidson Financial Services. She has also led transformational programs in a variety of industries and business functions through her roles with increasing responsibility at PwC, IBM and Deloitte.

Rodabaugh completed her undergraduate at Miami University and earned her MBA from Northwestern University. Rodabaugh was named CIO of the Year in 2023 by TenneesseeCIO, and currently serves as a Member of the Bridgestone America’s Board of Directors Risk and Governance Committee, Member of the Board of Directors for Play Like a Girl! and Executive Sponsor for Bridgestone’s women’s employee resource group, BWIN.
