Agustin Pedroni serves as Vice President and Senior Officer of Bridgestone Corporation and as Latin America Group President for Bridgestone Americas. He is a seasoned global leader with nearly three decades of experience at Bridgestone. Agustin has built a career defined by P&L management, operational excellence, customer-focused performance, sales and marketing leadership, as well as strategic transformation. He is deeply committed to teammate development across multiple regions.
Over his 29-year tenure with Bridgestone, Agustin has held pivotal roles spanning executive management, operations, sales, marketing, and Off-the-Road (OTR) tire businesses. He joined Bridgestone Argentina in 1996, progressing through early leadership assignments in sales, marketing, channel development. Later, he took on high impact roles across Latin America, Asia Pacific and China.
Prior to his current role, Agustin served as President of Bridgestone Argentina and Chile until 2019 when he moved to Singapore as Vice President Sales & Marketing. Later he took on the role as Chief Operating Officer for Bridgestone Asia Pacific, strengthening the company’s commercial footprint while driving operational discipline. In 2023, he progressed to become Managing Director for Bridgestone China, leading a transformation of the full enterprise business model, before taking on the role of Bridgestone Asia Pacific, China and India Group President in 2025.
Agustin’s international experience is complemented by a strong academic foundation. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration from Universidad Catolica Argentina and has completed executive leadership programs at London Business School and Vanderbilt University.
