Wade Sempkowski

Chief Financial Officer,
Bridgestone West

Wade Sempkowski is Chief Financial Officer for Bridgestone West (Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa). He assumed the role in May 2026 and also serves as a member of the West Executive Committee. In this role, Wade leads the Finance organizations across North America, Latin America, and EMEA, supporting business performance and strategic execution across the region.

Wade brings a deep understanding of Bridgestone’s business and extensive finance experience to the West CFO role. He joined Bridgestone Americas in 2019 as Director of FP&A and was promoted in 2021 to Executive Director of Finance. In 2022, he took on the role as Vice President of Finance, Bridgestone Americas, where he supported the company’s operations, financial discipline and growth priorities. Since 2022, Wade has also served on the Board of Directors for national tire distributor, TireHub.

Prior to joining Bridgestone, Wade held various sales analytics, reporting and finance roles at Mars Petcare and Southern Land Company, where he developed a strong foundation in commercial finance and business analytics.

Wade earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
