Chief Quality Officer,
Bridgestone West

Alicia Tank is Chief Quality Officer for Bridgestone West. In this role, she is responsible for enterprise leadership of the safety, quality and environmental functions, ensuring that every aspect of our business operates safely, environmentally responsibly and with the highest standards of quality. This role partners across the organization to strengthen quality systems, reduce risk, drive continuous improvement, and support our commitment to protecting people, the environment and our reputation for quality. Alicia has nearly 30 years of diverse quality, engineering and leadership roles including design, technical, end-to-end quality and reliability, regulatory advocacy, compliance and data governance.

Alicia joined Bridgestone in 2018 as Executive Director, Industry Standards, Regulations and Compliance. She was promoted in 2022 to Executive Director, Enterprise Quality where she was responsible for quality strategy, systems, enterprise education and solutions. In 2023, she was named as Executive Director, Plant Quality, at the LaVergne Truck and Bus Radial Tire Plant. Prior to assuming her current role, Alicia served as Executive Director Solutions Quality for Bridgestone supporting our Airide, Bandag, and Fleet Management Solutions/Emerging Solutions.

Prior to joining Bridgestone, Alicia held a variety of engineering, product development and leadership roles including design, development, quality, reliability, data and regulatory with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Eaton Corporation and Case Corporation.
