Bridgestone Costa Rica and Firestone Industrial Products build an Eco-Playground in Turrialba

Bridgestone Costa Rica (BSCR) and Firestone Industrial Products (FSIP) employees came together to build a new B-Happy Eco-Playground for the children in the Turrialba community. The initiative was carried out in alliance with Fundellantas and Municipality of Turrialba, alongside other partner organizations.

The construction of the playground, which included game modules and recreation areas built using 70 waste tires, was made possible due to the participation of 28 employee volunteers from BSCR and FSIP. ​

Through this environmental initiative, both BSCR and FSIP reinforce its support of our global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment, Our Way to Serve, by serving the communities in which we operate.
