Bridgestone Brazil teammates employees participate in 2018 Heart Run and Walk

On September 29, Bridgestone Brazil (BSBR) employees participated in the 2018 edition of the Heart Run and Walk, in celebration of World Heart Day. The event was an initiative of the BSBR Wellness Program team as part of the Our Way to Serve People Priority Area.

The 2018 Heart Run and Walk was held in Santo André at Central Park and 88 BSBR employees participated along with friends and family members. Participants chose between three different activities:

• Advanced moderate run: performed on a course of five kilometers and accompanied by an instructor;
• Free run: practiced in the course and speed chosen by the participant; and
• Walk: Accompanied by an instructor in a course of three kilometers.
