Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), a subsidiary of Bridgestone Americas Inc. (Bridgestone), today announced the grand opening of its Firestone Complete Auto Care retail tire and automotive service location in Springfield, Tennessee, just north of Nashville. The Springfield store celebrated the occasion with a ribbon cutting ceremony held today and attended by Springfield Mayor Ann Schneider and other local dignitaries.
The store joins more than 30 Firestone Complete Auto Care retail stores that Bridgestone owns and operates in Tennessee. The new Springfield location allows the company to better serve Middle Tennessee by providing customers in the area with convenient access to industry-leading Bridgestone and Firestone-brand tires.

The grand opening also was attended by Jennifer Wheeler, chief development officer, Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee (BGCMT), and Chet Nichols, division operations director, Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA). A national corporate partner of BGCA, BSRO recently donated a passenger van equipped with Bridgestone DriveGuard tires to BGCMT to help transport more Club members to activities. Since 2015, BSRO has helped support local Clubs in communities across the country through in-store donations collected from consumers with the purchase of tires and other services.
The new Springfield location will offer promotional tire and automotive service specials throughout the grand opening weekend. Additionally, the new store provides year-round free tire inflation pressure checks and complimentary tread assessments during hours of operation to help drivers proactively maintain their tires.
