Firestone, a Bridgestone brand, once again shows its strength and is the winner from Top of Mind Rural 2017, in the Agricultural Tires category. This is the 15th time that the brand has received this recognition. The award, organized by “Revista Rural” [Rural Magazine], assesses the strength of brands and the effect they have on consumers such as farmers and industry professionals.

Within this commitment, Bridgestone develops several actions focused on environmental responsibility awareness. The company works hard to reduce water and waste consumption of its productions, in the conservation of natural resources and, also, in the care of the correct disposal of scrap tires.
In the edition 2017 of the award, interviews were carried out with farmers, cattle breeder and industry professionals. The research methodology uses spontaneous responses without induction. The interviewee is instructed to answer the first name that comes to head on each item consulted, and is also informed that it is not obliged to answer all the items and can pass those in which no name comes to mind.
