GCR Tires & Service Appoints New Vice President of Sales

Bridgestone Americas (Bridgestone) today announced that Brian Cunningham has been promoted to Vice President of Sales for GCR Tires & Service (GCR), a division of Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations (BATO). Cunningham will lead delivery of a consistent sales process across the GCR organization. He replaces Doyle Bradford, who was promoted to Executive Director, Service Offerings for GCR Tires & Service.
Brian began his career with Bridgestone as part of the Bandag retread organization in 1997. Since that time, Brian has served in a variety of sales and strategic roles for Bandag and the Bridgestone truck and bus division including Area Sales and Strategic Account Representative, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales & Operations Manager–Canada, Director–Strategic Distribution, and Director– Sales Distribution.

Brian has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Cincinnati as well as executive business certificates in Strategic Thinking and Leadership, Challenger Sales Management, Mastery of Negotiation, Effective Communication, and Strategic Account Management.
