Bridgestone Women’s Initiative Network hosts art in leadership and personal development event
Bridgestone Women's Initiative Network (BWIN) joined forces with the Nashville art community to host a unique networking event centered around the power of creativity in leadership and personal development. Members had the opportunity to hear from a motivational speaker and Nashville artist, Beth Inglish. The event was held at Studio 208, a downtown Nashville art gallery. Around 50 employees also got to participate in painting a communal art installation under Beth's guidance.
Bridgestone Women's Initiative Network (BWIN) is an employee affinity group with the objective of helping attract, retain, and develop female employees, as well as to engage women and men to enhance our culture and to promote gender diversity in the workplace.
