Bandag teammates show Our Way to Serve in Muscatine Country

Year over year, Bandag teammates in Muscatine, Iowa demonstrate Our Way to Serve in their community.

As an ongoing corporate community partner of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Muscatine County, a program of the Muscatine Community YMCA, teammates donate their time and money to help children thrive through mentoring relationships.

Teammates also volunteered during the annual United Way Day of Caring in September, joining local civic and community groups to complete meaningful service projects throughout Muscatine. The Bandag team was featured in the Muscatine Journal for their work on a senior resident's house.

Most recently during the holidays, teammates adopted a family through the Salvation Army's angel tree program, which helps to provide new clothing and toys for children of families in need throughout the holiday season. Teammates worked together to raise funds to purchase items from the children's Christmas wish lists.
