BBOLD, the Bridgestone Black/African-American Employee Network, partnered with non-profit organization KaBOOM! and the Nashville Predators to build a playground for students at BBOLD's adopted school, KIPP Antioch College Prep.
Despite the cold and rainy conditions, volunteers helped build a playground in a single day, participating in jobs ranging from digging foundations and mixing concrete to building structures and filling in mulch. The students at KIPP Antioch now have a place where they can learn, grow, and play together. This playground build is another example of how BBOLD is impacting the community and delivering on Bridgestone's CSR commitment, Our Way to Serve.
