Bridgestone and Curinga Dos Pneus Divulge their Partnership

Largest tire manufacturer in the world liaises with one of the most traditional and experienced dealers in the country to offer the best tire solutions in Brazil

Bridgestone, the world’s largest tire and rubber company, and Curinga dos Pneus have entered into a strategic partnership for the sale of tires in the retail units distributed throughout the country. The agreement encompasses the states of Goiás, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Pará, Piauí and Tocantins, as well as the Federal District, where the company headquarters is located.

This agreement encompasses two large companies and is of the utmost importance to offer the full range of Bridgestone products and services and also provide consumers with a unique opportunity to find high quality products, technologically advanced tires and excellent customer service all in one place, "says Lafaiete Oliveira, Bridgestone’s Sales Director.

In Brazil, Bridgestone has focused on strengthening and expanding its sales channels to boost its growth. "This partnership further qualifies our network and helps us to consolidate this business model following our leadership goal in our industry," explains Oliveira.

According to Curinga dos Pneus, working with Bridgestone and its brands is nothing less than the reinforcement of their commitment to comply with the demands and needs of the consumer. "Bridging our efforts with Bridgestone is part of our strategy to seek our customer’s total satisfaction, offering the best solutions in the market in terms of products and services," said Roberto Curi, founder and owner of the Curinga Pneus.

Bridgestone is the owner of the Bridgestone, Firestone and Bandag brands. The company’s products are sold in more than 150 countries and territories around the world. In Brazil, the tire plant is located in the Santo André (SP) and Camaçari (BA) units.  The Santo André plant produces tires for passenger cars, vans, pick-ups, trucks, buses, tractors and off-road, as well as industrial vehicles. In Camaçari, "high-performance" and "ultra-high-performance” tires are manufactured.

Curinga dos Pneus was founded in 1967 in Brasília and currently counts on 25 branches in 7 Brazilian states, specifically conceived to exceed customer’s expectations, offering innovation, safety, quality products and service excellence.
