Bridgestone, the world’s largest tire and rubber company, and Curinga dos Pneus have entered into a strategic partnership for the sale of tires in the retail units distributed throughout the country. The agreement encompasses the states of Goiás, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Pará, Piauí and Tocantins, as well as the Federal District, where the company headquarters is located.

In Brazil, Bridgestone has focused on strengthening and expanding its sales channels to boost its growth. "This partnership further qualifies our network and helps us to consolidate this business model following our leadership goal in our industry," explains Oliveira.
According to Curinga dos Pneus, working with Bridgestone and its brands is nothing less than the reinforcement of their commitment to comply with the demands and needs of the consumer. Bridgestone is the owner of the Bridgestone, Firestone and Bandag brands. The company’s products are sold in more than 150 countries and territories around the world. In Brazil, the tire plant is located in the Santo André (SP) and Camaçari (BA) units. The Santo André plant produces tires for passenger cars, vans, pick-ups, trucks, buses, tractors and off-road, as well as industrial vehicles. In Camaçari, "high-performance" and "ultra-high-performance” tires are manufactured.
