Credit First National Association (CFNA), a private label credit card bank and the consumer credit division of Bridgestone Americas, announced it has donated $15,000 to Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio as a presenting platinum sponsor of the Club’s annual Race for Kids fundraiser, which is scheduled to take place on June 26 at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.

This donation will continue to help support Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio and their mission to provide safe, fun places for kids ages 6-18 to go after school. The Clubs’ youth development professionals provide programming that includes arts, athletics, and homework help.

CFNA has supported Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio for more than 10 years, including as an active supporter of Bridgestone’s Driving Great Futures campaign, which is part of the Bridgestone Our Way to Serve corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitment to improve the way people move, live, work and play.

“Boys and Girls Clubs help Cleveland youth achieve their full potential by championing academic success, healthy lifestyles, character, and citizenship. Their annual Race for Kids is a great way to give our time and raise funds for the young people in our community, conveying CFNA’s commitment to Our Way to Serve,” said HR Director Diana Fleming.
