Bridgestone Companies in Costa Rica were Recognized by the Great Place to Work® Institute

Bridgestone Costa Rica Great Place to Work Award

The companies of the Bridgestone Corporation in Costa Rica, made up of the production plant located in Belén, the Shared Services Center in Heredia, and Firestone Industrial Products in Turrialba, were recognized by the Great Place to Work® Institute, as the best companies to work for in the 2019 ranking in Central America and the Caribbean.

Teammates positively rated the dimension of pride, because they feel identified with the way in which companies contribute to society, the stability they offer and the prestige within the market.

The results of the survey allow Bridgestone companies to demonstrate that they have the conditions to attract and retain talent, as well as to keep their human resources motivated and oriented to fulfill both their professional and business objectives.

Great Place to Work® diagnosis contains a total of 58 items to evaluate, which are divided into five different dimensions: credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and companionship.
